I love to work with you as you grow – personally, professionally, relationally and spiritually. My years of training and experience have helped me think like a therapist, a life coach, an executive coach, and a spiritual director. This enables me to help you holistically.

I have been in private practice since 1992, first as a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist. In 2007, I became a Certified Spiritual Direction, and then in 2011 I completed training as a Life and Executive Coach. 

I meet with clients via Zoom or phone.

Frequency and number of sessions varies to meet your schedule and needs.
