I love to work with you as you grow—personally, professionally, relationally and spiritually. My background as a therapist, coach, and spiritual director allows me to see you as a whole person. While our coaching remains focused on your goals and growth, I draw on decades of experience helping people navigate life's complexities with wisdom, compassion, and practical insight.

I have been in private practice since 1992; first as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. In 2007 I became a Certified Spiritual Direction, and then in 2011 I completed training as a Life and Executive Coach. 

I meet with clients via Zoom or phone.

Frequency and number of sessions vary to meet your schedule and needs.
